Cons
Extremely toxic work culture with little regard for employee well-being. Managers often set unrealistic deadlines and expect employees to work weekends or extended hours without additional compensation. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, and holidays are difficult to obtain.
There is very little job security, as employees may be let go if client projects end or business priorities change. The learning curve is minimal because much of the work is repetitive, with limited mentoring or opportunities for technical growth. Communication from leadership is poor, planning is inconsistent, and employee feedback is rarely acted upon.
The appraisal process felt unfair and lacked transparency. As appraisal time approached, the feedback from managers suddenly became negative despite months of positive recognition and strong performance. It felt like expectations were changed at the last minute, making it difficult to receive a fair appraisal. HR and management did not provide clear or objective evaluation criteria, leaving employees feeling that the process was driven more by internal politics than performance.
Do not expect promotions or meaningful salary growth even after several years with the company. Career progression is extremely limited, and many employees remain in the same role without recognition for their contributions. Office politics appear to have a greater influence on appraisals and promotions than consistent performance.
Overall, the environment is stressful, unsupportive, and discouraging for anyone looking to build a long-term career. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional growth, fair evaluations, or a healthy work-life balance.
