Have spent 4 years in Anchanto and they have been the most professionally enriching years of my career so far. Anchanto has an incredible culture of finding and nurturing talent and promoting the right people. Anchanto also encourages people's wellbeing above anything, which is difficult to find today. There have been moments in my time at Anchanto when I wasn't doing so great personally, when I reached out to management highlighting that - I got the utmost amount of support to take appropriate break and come back stronger. At numerous occasions I have seen the company putting people's well being way ahead of anything else, and as the founder has said in those occasions - "We can build another Anchanto tomorrow, but your health and family cannot be built again, so please prioritise that". This is not to say the work is not challanging, Anchanto works on things that are incredibly important to our customers, when you work at Anchanto the stakes are high and so are the expectations of excellence, but employees are always given the appropriate amount of support wherever possible to fulfil those expectations. There have been times I have sat across the CEO, CPO, or other C-suite members and suggested changes or even criticised certain aspects, those have always been heard, implemented, or properly explained why things are the way they are despite some efforts. Most importantly, the people of Anchanto work very hard, are never scared of a change, and have the utmost respect for one another even during times of turbulance. If you're in Anchanto the core quality you need to have is how to respectfully disagree with people, and you are expected to talk to same way to the CEO and the intern. Some of the best people I have met in my last few years have been at Anchanto and that's the general rule not the exception. All in all, Anchanto has been an incredible place to work in and I'm so grateful for the people and support I've gotten here, and also incredibly proud of the work I've done here during my time.

1. At times depending on the team the work can be stressful, but you're given appropriate amount of support wherever possible. However, if you're looking for an incredibly laid back environment probably not the ideal fit. 2. The company is greatly international working across 12 coutries and multiple timezones, you're expected to manage the difference along with your international colleagues. So if you're in a customer facing role you can expect some early morning or late night meetings, however, that is managed by a flexible work timings and a lot of support from all managers and management in general. A pro here is that your work will be very international 3. A non-negotiable is high quality work and everyone is expected to operate at a high level. However, you're given the appropriate amount of support to achieve this. Not a con but depends how you look at it.
