      Pay was good but atmosphere and manager was horrible

      Cons

      Someone that didn't know a lick about snow removal takes over because he was somehow related to the owner. He starts changing everything right away and ran off people that have been around for years.

      Management is very terrible the owner is a egomaniac and nothing around here ever gets properly fixed very toxic atmosphere
