-Extremely poor performance management system. -Excessive and pervasive micro-management. -Limited accommodation for employees with little or no attempts to create sustainable improvement. -Local towns are mismanaged and corrupt, regular interruptions to basic services occur, with little of no intervention from the company. Towns occur in a permanent and worsening state of squalor. -Advancement and development exists only if you fit the required EE profile, all others are remorselessly cast away. -Soulless corporate culture. -Poor overall management of operations.
