Ever-changing, used to be a great company to work for - Project Manager Anheuser-Busch Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits (health insurance, Be Well program payouts/incentives), 2 cases beer/month, onsite fitness, flexible work program

Cons

Tons of politics, they are now laying off tenured (higher paid employees) employees and instead refilling with snotty Ivy League college grads and all the experience and loyalty to the company is walking out the door. Not much control over your bonus as it's contingent on others' performance as well as yours, no salary increases (lucky if you get one at all), not much opportunity to shift between departments or move up. They pride themselves on flexible work programs and work/life balance, but that is subject to manager opinion (which most are old-school and if your seat isn't warm and they cannot see you, you're assumed to not be working, lack of trust). Be prepared to work extra-long hours (50-60 hours/week) and little recognition or reward for hitting KPIs and targets, especially if the company and/or your boss doesn't hit theirs.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
