Numerous, competing, multiple demands without enough resources or tools. Unreasonable expectations to resolve issues that have been around for 10+ years. Management WILL decide some day that they want a younger, cheaper person in your role and will manufacture issues with your performance to force you out of the company. Years of dedication, sacrifice and results will mean nothing. Only 10% of people actually get a raise annually. Bonuses are not very good because the entity targets around EBITDA and market share in the US are unrealistic. Miller acquisition will not help the US. The deal for the acquisition protects the employees of Miller. A-B Inbev will get their FTE reductions. They will reduce current employees in order to make their savings targets. It has already started.
