      Immature and inauthentic management Doesn’t practice what they preach, sham show in India Top down management style No creative freedom Management is not transparent Focus is on managing up and keeping global bosses happy Poor executions on ground. Management is not in touch with ground reality

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.
