      Pros

      If you go to work at ABI you will be thrown in the deep end. You will have exposure to challenges and varied day to day work from the beginning.

      Cons

      The management is focused on getting the most out of the hardest workers. This can be difficult if you are early in your career as you are more likely to be scapegoated than to be developed. If you have a thick skin you can do very well.
