Pros
ABinbev is a company with a super fast speed. There are constantly changes, and moves, which creates opportunitues for people to move and try themselves out in different roles. In 11 years i had 10 different roles, and learned a lot. For the people who fit in, the company can give them chances to prove and deliver. Please keep in mind that you need to delivers first, show your capabilities, and than you will have chance to proove. The company is infiormal, you can approach people in higher leves as well, and they will help if they can. Read the companies principles, they follow those. I'm happy and proud that I was working here.
Cons
Fast speed and continoues changes can cause delays, and small confusision in projects, whihc is ending up as constant a rush to deliver. People can grow in this rush, but there can be also negative influence on work life balance too. Its a great company to start, learn and grow, just watch out not to burn yourself out. IT is not its strength
