Pros
Really great company, the people machine of the 21st century, lot of opportunities to grow if you work at least 10 hours a day and make sure that one of the top managers see you.
Cons
No work-life balance. At the yearly evaluation people get better scores and thus promoted just because they know somebody in the higher management and the other way around, too, people don't get the promotion, because one manager doesn't like them.
