Here, I have a lot to say. I worked at Inbev in 2018 for less than one year (spring-summer). I have already written a review on December 2018, (entitled: export planning team EUR) please take a look at it, as it is very detailed about the team leader I had at the time. What made me write another review now is that I came across another negative review from another export planner (date: 18 Nov 2022 - same department as I was), complaining about having had a bad team leader and bad management. A question is legitimate here: what is the point of leaving feedback, if nothing changes within the company, even after many years? If terrible people in charge get promoted, rather than being kicked out of the company? Again, what's the point of spending a lot of time on providing feedback and details of what goes wrong if there is not willingness to change things inside. Advice: team leaders (and people in charge overall) who are clearly pointed at as toxic should be sent away, not promoted to supervisors , like it was in my case in 2018.
