Pros

Co-workers we’re pretty much it.

Cons

I worked in the customer/technical support role for this company for over 3 years. This company is ran on an outdated and foreign example of what it thinks it’s employees should be. Being overworked and tired is expected of you from management and any reason given as to why you’ve done anything other than break your back is an excuse and is your fault. Management will abuse you mentally and verbally and make promises of advancement but never deliver but will always have an excuse as to why you never got a raise or the promotion you were promised. Restroom breaks were frowned upon as the North American operations manger didn’t trust any of her employees and believed any break outside of schedule breaks was because you were lazy or avoiding your job. Management wanted you to take non stop calls for 8 hours as well as work on any side project at the same time or would expect you to complete the sidework off the clock. Somehow I managed to work here for 3 years as I kept convincing myself that going somewhere else might be worse but after being let go last June I’ve realized that is quite literally impossible. Do I sound like I am dramatizing my experience working here? If I do, believe me, I am not. I write this review nearly a year later and still have anxiety thinking about how working here felt. Also, don’t believe any of the good reviews the company would ask us to leave good reviews on here and indeed and on their Amazon listings to boost their star ratings even going as far as contacting customers via cold calls to try to bribe them with a refund or a more expensive product in exchange for a high rating.

Pros

some coworkers - but they took our ability to talk freely with them away.

Cons

Really thought I'd enjoy this job since I enjoy the product, but a few months in I realized what was going on. Accountability doesn't exist within management. Facts are: you're overworked, penny raises if they are approved, and massive gaslighting from management. And not to mention new products come out monthly without your knowledge and there's no training on them. Every day is non-stop calls and escalations that you handle whether it's communicating to the engineers or playing manager in email. Lastly, PTO is denied more than approved, they won't hire to help the load even when outsourcing support it doesn't help the call volume, there's barely any support during calls, and you never know if you'll get the nice side of management or the nasty vengeful side when needing help or "you messed up" bc their system is from the 1900s. In all my years of working in support, I have never seen such a crap show before. Since being there, I have anxiety attacks and chronic headaches; not to mention stress-induced PTSD. Honestly, find another job that won't make you physically ill. Or mentally ill. Really this job causes both. Run. If you have health problems, they don't care. Bullying is a thing if they hate you and want you gone. Lying to your face is also a thing and make you the bad guy. Every day you'll work on eggshells and you'll NEVER advance within the company.
