The company has employees write positive reviews on Glassdoor to up their scoring.
I'm still dealing with psychological trauma from incidents that occurred a year ago. Executives do a great job sweeping bullying and their mistakes under the rug, and most managers in R&D don't have the skills to manage people.
A teammate of mine was strategically set up for failure as a way to get pushed out of the company, which is something managers do often here, usually by getting a team / employee to work against another team / employee, or by intensionally leaving them out of important conversations and work that prevent them from doing their jobs.
Another management style the company likes to practice is deception. Our R&D department is one of the worst I've worked in.
