The company presents variations in jobs allowing one to explore various industries while remaining with the company. The job also allows for a somewhat stress-free environment (although this may vary based on the team one is a part of).
Cons
With a large company you can easily identify many of the "inner-groups" do not hold the same flexibility as others. This can be a large burden to employees solely based on the team in which they are on.
