Pros

The rate of pay is better than most call center jobs. I like the Monday - Friday schedule and working while kids are in school. Gained some valuable knowledge about Medicare.

Cons

Uncertainty between AON corporate, C3 management and benefits advisors on the longevity of the position. No one is being upfront and clear on whether advisors will stay on for the same rate of pay during the off season. For this reason, C3 is losing AON employees. A lot of work and commitment for not being clear on length of employment. Customer service agents are trained by people who didn't pass state licensing exams and that part doesn't make much sense.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
