Cons
Pay raises are low. 2-2.5% for the past couple years. 3-4% for top performers. If you serve clients, your billing rate seems to climb quicker than your pay making it more stressful to work on projects. Upper management is constantly trying to squeeze everything for more profits. Endless acquisitions and divestitures. If stability is what you're looking for, you may want to go somewhere else.
