Offer great commission and training, but poor communication issues - Agent AppFollow Employee Review

The problem is first day, I have been waiting to hear from Delia when to start the training. I have not heard from her at all. I dedicated this day for training and nothing happened. Lack of communication. So far I have not been trained and have not earned $$$$
