Pros
* Amazing management! Both AppGreat's founders are amazing people and incredible managers and leaders! Always open for communication, feedbacks (both ways), always ready to listen to you, your ideas, problems, everything! * Many companies work with AppGreat so there are always new and very interesting projects around from witch one can rise huge amount of skills. *Colleagues are very awesome people and they are very pleasant to work with. * HR department is full with amazing people who are always there to help, I mean really help, not just exercise empty talks like in most places I've been. * Can work on-site and/or remote (full remote is an option as well). * Salary reflects perfectly the employee's skills. * More than the regular 20+ days paid annual days off.
Cons
I've been working for this company for more that 2 years and not even once I've felt something as a con! I am not exaggerating because this is my personal experience here so far. If I have something I consider an issue I am always welcome to talk with both AppGreat's founders and so far they've always did the best for me! Simply because they are amazing people first and they see my feelings towards them and the company. Open communication do amazing things, especially when you're open and you have someone who listens to you!
