Cons
The company hires highly skilled and experienced salespeople, only to have the CEO dictate every aspect of their process. This includes micromanaging individual emails, timing presentations down to the second, and even telling salespeople exactly what to say. One former employee likened it to hiring Leonardo da Vinci to paint, only to have the CEO dictate how to hold the brush, which colors to use, and how much pressure to apply to the canvas. Sales staff are not given access to pricing information because the CEO doesn’t trust them. If you're an experienced salesperson, it's best to steer clear of this company—unless you're content with just your base salary. In the last five years, not a single salesperson has hit their quota.
