      Pros

      I think the work environment at Appian is one of the best I've been in. Everyone is competent and helpful, the work is interesting, and the compensation is great. Appian is the first company I've worked for post-graduation and it's definitely better than any place I've interned at. Management seems very on top of things and I trust that this company is going places.
