The company is in an amazing industry, ranks incredibly high in Gartner and Forrester reviews, has amazing people, product, values, except... company has insane gossip problem. Many talented individuals have terminated short of reaching amazing potential because management strategy to deal with problem is poor. Advice is to "just don't get involved" or "just ignore it"
