1. Horrendous benefits compared to other software companies, especially because the bulk of them hinge on the promise of options when/if the company goes public
2. Extremely young managers who publicly shame members of the team during meetings. The maturity level to handle tough situations is not there for some teams
3. Undefined culture. During my interview, I was told new ideas would be welcomed. They're not. Some team leaders will not welcome change, even if it's for the better.
