Pros

Worked with very smart, competent people while at this company. They really do acquire good employees and it had a very good team appeal in the work groups I was involved. Many opportunities to make good business connections and move around within the company.

Cons

There are sometimes too much business processes to get through to get to the end result. During my initial time in this company, there were too many levels between individual contributor and CEO. It had since come down and been flattened before I left.

Pros

Strong place to start your career. If you do the Fusion Program you will learn a lot. Good training and benefits. Amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Coworkers are smart and grounded people.

Cons

Stingy with salary, raises, and promotions. The engineer roles are broken up into Jr and Senior so the title progression goes Engineer I, I Sr, II, II Sr, etc which slows career progression and pay. Only the CA office gets extra pay due to the expense of living there, even if the MA office is expensive.
