Cons
No growth after 5 years and no promotion. Obsolete technologies and legacy stuff and no option to switch internal projects. If you end up with working on China projects then you need to work like head less chicken and about 16 hours a day, which implies no personal life and you will ended up to get mental pressure. If you want to join applied do not join Chennai branch, there is lot of micro management and politics, Chennai branch is so biased to specific product team. And their staggery is not make you learn to keep stay, if you are average performer then you have better environment there. If you are good resource then better to look at the job outside.
