Creating a place where people love working and are genuinely supportive of one another has always been important to me. I understand how you feel about the amount of change and how that can sometimes feel like the objectives are moving. As a small business, we're constantly trying to balance what our team needs with what our customers need. Honestly that is the "secret sauce" and we don't always get that balance just right.
