Pros
I like the flexibility of hours. You get to choose your own schedule. I like the fact that they are more goal oriented rather than monitoring the clock. Health benefits are great with the option of FSA and child care accounts. Also like the ability of working from home when needed.
Cons
It took a while for me to get on board as the training program was very vague. Some departments have a good one but not mine!
