The company is so driven to become as profitable as possible, that they undercut the people who's backs they build on. The pay their techs bare minimum, and service managers bare minimum. If you aren't a branch manger, and up they can careless about you. Your raise will be a few cents, and your bonus won't really be a bonus. Then they'll eventually sell off the company , and you'll be left jobless. Unless you're a "branch manger or above" sales reps put on accounts true enough ,but the services are what maintains them. So the people who do the hard work ,get left with the short end of the stick. So my advice if you aren't going to be a branch manager make this a temporary job , they don't care about you. They don't offer you equity , even when they sell it unless your a high sales rep or "branch manger , and above"
