      Pros

      You get to have your own vehicle to take home and drive to work. You don't pay for your gas. Access to overtime. You work alone, if you are someone who enjoys that. You are basically in charge of your own day. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Work outside in ALL weather conditions. Many customers do not understand the process of pest control. Repeatedly explaining. Many difficult customers. Lack of communication between customers and office. Less hours during winter months.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
