Good hourly pay, company vehicle saves on gas commuting, various creative incentives

Cons

Lack of safety protocol, Supply Chain issues, poor training for customer support, unwilling to supply the proper tools to do an adequate job, poor route planning, extremely poor benefits (besides PTO)

Aptive considers the safety of its employees and customers paramount. If you feel that you do not have the proper training and tools to do your job, please communicate that to your manager, Our HR department is also a resource to contact when there are issues that haven't been resolved. Concerning benefits, we offer them starting day one. Employees have 10 days PTO (prorated) and seven paid holidays per year.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
