Pros
Good experience to go out and learn life isn't easy and test your inner drive and strength. This can be done with much more fair companies though.....so not really a pro.
Cons
I WASNT THE EMPLOYEE, IM THE DAD THAT HAD TO PAY THEIR WAY HOME AND THEIR RENTS AND BILLS AND THEN WATCH THEM NOT GET PAID FOR THEIR SALES. First off, they exploit young inexperienced adults for fun. Show you big paychecks, parties with bugatis and ferraris and teslas, They will tell you they'll make sure you succeed and will help you do it. Then they get you out halfway across the country and get tossed to the wolves with almost zero support. Managers aren't helping you succeed, they just sell their own accounts. First. you can't 1099 somebody then give them a strict schedule that is up to 65 hours a week, or a schedule at all. A 1099 contractor can work whenever they want to work. Then, if you don't do what they try to illegally make you do, you are hazed, bullied, etc. Then you leave. Then they sue you for rent on an apartment that they rent out. THEN YOU DON'T GET PAID ALL YOUR COMMISSIONS!! You are manipulated into signing agreements, given little if any support, and kicked to the curb and sued. I have been investigating, and this is the story of thousands of people. There are much better companies to sell for. Much better. RUN.
