Extremely long hours (NO work/life balance). Extremely heavy workload (16-18 stops a day, no matter the size of the property). Lack of communication from management. Corporate micromanages often. Company doesn’t care for their employees or customers (Just get the job done, no matter what). Company doesn’t care about the environment, they want you to complete the stops, even in the pouring rain. Company does not follow “Label is Law”. All this company cares about is numbers, if you don’t perform way above average, you will get chastised for it. They expect you to complete all stops, even if it takes 16hrs a day. Company goes through so many changes, it’s so hard to keep up. Salesman for this company lie directly to customers just to lock them into an “agreement”, AKA “a contract”. Once they are locked in with lies they are told by salesman just to make a sale, customer would cancel, and get charged $200 for a reimbursement fee, AKA “Cancellation Fee”. Techs never have chemicals to actually do their jobs. Management is horrible with communication with important things. Management over communicates when it comes to getting the job done, no matter what situation comes up. Understaffed with crazy workloads when it’s busy. No opportunity to advance in this company. Company is going through “restructuring”, more than half of management is losing their jobs.
