Love Aptive but… - Service Professional Aptive Environmental Employee Review

Downside is having to hear from customers when I go to their home that they can’t get a hold of anybody when they are calling to reschedule or to have a reservice done. It’s getting to the point where it makes me kinda of ashamed of the company because the customer is getting to angry and rightfully so which makes my job that much harder because now I have to go BEYOND wowing them to get them to stay with the company. I haave no problem with wowing a customer with my service but when the customer is already angry with the lack of our call center it makes really really really hard to wow them.
