Pros
Good benefits program, creative and dedicated staff and senior professionals.
Cons
The company is struggling to find an identity and trying out all sorts of initiatives and gimmicks to remain profitable and return to a growth mode. When financial results are not up to plan they either implement a reorganization or layoffs or both. This is the vicious cycle that permeated the company during the time I worked there causing morale to plummet each cycle. Just not a joyous place to work, in fact just the opposite.
