Slick and organised. - Manager Arcadis Employee Review

I worked for a very similar sized organisation. I moved to Arcadis for an increased role but I thought the culture and environment was going to the be the same.. I was wrong ... it is even better. I wonder is it because of the history a few years ago of 2 companies merging but everyone seems to be very willing to share knowledge, information. There is a lot of guidance and support for continuous learning. I am 13 years in the industry but it is really positive to have training at a "senior" level and not just those at the earlier part of their careers.
