Pros
Arcadis has decent benefits but nothing that their competitors can easily match. Arcadis has flexible work hour which is a big plus.
Cons
Very poor management. Very stressful work place, all emphasis is on billings, not quality control. Constant layoffs and very bad morale. Highly experience people are not respected in fact usually criticized by management, management is very insecure. Most of the best talent has been constantly leaving the company. Continuous learning is not encouraged due to cost. Most continuous learning has to be done on employees own time and expense.
