      Crap on a Cracker - Senior Consultant Arcadis Employee Review

      Pros

      It actually has an established name and history in Asia that gives the illusion of a good and vibrant company. However, playing "the game" in Asia is difficult as most of the ex-pats in high levels of management are very political, especially with the ARCADIS parent company and co-companies.

      Cons

      The list is endless. Unless in HK or SNG, benefits do not exist. Unbelievable short sited management. Unbelievable territorial squabbles. It is as if the "Partners" are more concerned with their own pockets than the rest of the staff. For sub-contractors, no pay or really slow pay is the norm. A good company a few years ago but "crap on a cracker" now. Those with any integrity or ethics should not apply.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
