The company promotes a healthy work/life balance, which is essential for long-term success and well-being. Flexible scheduling and realistic expectations make it possible to excel at work without sacrificing personal time. Finally, the social aspect of the job is a big plus. Collaborating with different teams and building relationships across the organization makes the work environment engaging and enjoyable.

The culture has normalized toxicity to the point that it’s no longer questioned; it’s simply expected. No amount of expensive snacks, branded merchandise, or “fraternity-style” camaraderie can compensate for the absence of accountability, respect, and genuine employee care. Surface-level perks do not fix systemic problems. For those who value professionalism, fairness, and a healthy workplace culture, this is likely not the place to build a long-term career.
