      Nothing, management is poor old staff is leader so they can decide whatever they want

      Cons

      They offer more salary and then they throw you away once the project is completed. They treat humans are disposable. No promotion.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
