Pros

Staff doing all the work are great. They are welcoming and keen to build a great team. I suppose hard times means that we need to stick together.

Cons

Management is mean and nasty. They condone bullying and mostly are the instigators. They dont realise that passive aggressive behaviours are neither helpful or welcome. Location is crap

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
