Pros

* Great game cabinets and content * Good bonus * Good system products * Customer service with clients are top notch

Cons

* Horrible culture. No more celebrating huge wins. Pressure to do more, more, more. * No sincere thanks you for a job well done * Leadership is like the Game of Thrones episode. Very cut throat. This filters down to the subordinates * No one is happy. Do more with less. Sell more even if the product won't work and clients end up pulling it out. * Brooks is a horrible leader and so is Maureen. Brooks is sarcastic and mean. They are not people persons. They don't care about people they only care about the bottom line. $$$$$$$$$

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
