      The long tenure of many of the people at Aritzia is testament to the strong employment pipeline as well as the career fulfillment that many enjoy. They go after top talent, and being surrounded by other high performers is exciting and inspiring. It is a good feeling to be part of a growing and succeeding retail company

      It’s not for everyone - but if you are driven by a high performance culture in a thriving company, then you will not be disappointed.

      Cool work environment. Great role if you don't want to be customer facing. Employee discount is a nice perk.

      Cons

      Shifts are assigned on an as needed basis. It is possible for weeks to go by without a single shift.
