Pros
most coworkers in the same position are really nice and friendly
Cons
- Managers are so out of touch with reality; they will push the "family" narrative the first couple of weeks and treat you like you're disposable/trash the last ones. - Unrealistic pace of work and deliverables, stressful for no reason, the system is a mess, you will get blamed for things that are not your fault and management would have 0 respect or consideration by how unreasonable the customer service system is - SO much micromanaging, it makes me sick. Extremely passive-aggressive and controlling. Waste of time to be treated like a child. -The type of work is hard by itself but the management and system of how they handle customer service it's what makes it horrible. They time every single minute of your shift and will not consider you as a human. (Many people were fired for no reason unexpectedly, even people who made HUGE sales had 0 benefits and were treated horribly) - Pay is very low, no commission or benefits - People in higher positions, or being promoted, are very superficial and out of touch. Not a lot of diversity. Will not help you transfer or ascend positions. - They literally don't care about you, your time or your well-being. - Would get called out for being 2 minutes late but would be expected to stay an extra hour if necessary (even on a closing shift in a shady part of town)
