The role is definitely hands on working to research and resolve provider inquiries and issues.

Pay rate was great and my supervisor was supportive. Many people in the quality department were eager to help and extremely knowledgeable.

Deadlines became intense and leadership (director and above) were quick to resort to raised voices and unprofessional word choices making a stressful work environment and seeing people leave the company.
