      Vacation time, interaction with students, great team to work with

      Cons

      extreme amount of work with minimal pay, paying full price for parking, horrible eye insurance, and again the salary that has not kept up with price increases in AZ. Hiring less advisors and dumping more work on advisors is wearing people down. Then, we wonder why advisors are so short with students.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
