Pros
They immediately, day one, provide GREAT health insurance, and there is no employment length obligation to earn PTO. The amount of PTO you receive when you start is determined by your start date since it's prorated. (I've never worked for a company that these benefits are available on your start date). Communication is key here. The owner is understanding and compassionate so long as you're communicating what is going on and what you need. Great schedule, we're off by 3:00pm EST every day, and get an hour lunch. There is so much room for growth and learning, it's not another dead end job. Plus the Land Rovers we produce are freaking cool; they are beautiful and the customers are interesting. It's overall a great job.
Cons
Does any job have no cons? It's all relative. Here there are strong personalities and tempers can flare. There are some people with more negative leaning attitudes, but you will find that everywhere. The organization isn't what it could be, but I'm OCD and would say that about almost anywhere. It's always a balance and here the cons are negligible compared to how Arkonik cares.
