      Great benefits. Caring supervisors - seriously each one is a gem. More opportunities for career progression than there were in the past. Supes will work with you on vacation, learning plans, coaching, and other workplace accommodations. They genuinely know their jobs and will help you.

      Cons

      Still not enough internal career progression opportunities to feel satisfactory. While internal management makes you feel valued, the same sentiment does not come from corporate - or even other internal departments. Communication issues between departments.

      Pros

      The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
