Run by account managers - Anonymous employee Arsonal Design Employee Review

This place is run by account managers who are aggressive and love to give creative direction. There is no project management so you are generally drowning in work and unable to really focus on 1 project at a time. The 'creative directors' didn't seem to have any creative integrity and were 100% focused on what the client wanted and getting the finish. The space is like a war bunker with no windows.
