Cons
This place is a worst nightmare!!! - Top-level executives and managers behave arrogantly, believing they've achieved more than they actually have. - The number of people who have left the organization in the past six months is 50 times higher than those who have joined because of bad culture, very less salary, false commitments...... & this can go till infinity. - There is absolutely no clear company culture or proper communication. - Frequent, irrelevant townhalls and check in discussing the same data repeatedly are a colossal waste of time. - Employees are made to feel incompetent, which is incredibly frustrating. - Employees with varying experience levels (0 to 5 years) are doing the same work despite different titles - Time is wasted as the organization aims to hire people at very low costs, treating them rudely and unprofessionally throughout their tenure, adding to the overall misery. No one in the organization is happy and everyone wants to change.
