I can confidently say that this is one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. The environment here is toxic beyond belief, driven by a culture of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations from the top down. The managers are not just unhelpful; they actively make your job more stressful with their constant hovering, unreasonable demands, and utter disregard for your well-being. Team leaders continuously talk to you without any respect and act like they're on the street instead of an office building. The workload is excessive, and the pay is far below industry standards. Despite the heavy load, there’s absolutely no recognition or compensation for the hard work. Promises made during the hiring process? Forget about them—they never materialize. The company is also notorious for being stingy with vacation days, and good luck trying to get time off when you need it. To make matters worse, the atmosphere is rife with gossip, which only adds to the toxicity. No one seems interested in addressing the real issues, and your concerns will fall on deaf ears. If you value your mental health and professional growth, stay far, far away from this company.

Pros

back at the previous years i would say it was a good place to work, you get to meet amazing people, now it can't be even a temporary place for husstle or start up.

Cons

Cons mainly focused on the managment, they dont really care much about people and their rights and demands, compensation is low as maximum, consediring it as ''Cost saving'' plan which not working properly and within a year id say max it will affect the company, which it's already affected. No growth, everyone is demotivated, lack of transparency from the higher managment.
