I can confidently say that this is one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. The environment here is toxic beyond belief, driven by a culture of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations from the top down. The managers are not just unhelpful; they actively make your job more stressful with their constant hovering, unreasonable demands, and utter disregard for your well-being.
Team leaders continuously talk to you without any respect and act like they're on the street instead of an office building.
The workload is excessive, and the pay is far below industry standards. Despite the heavy load, there’s absolutely no recognition or compensation for the hard work. Promises made during the hiring process? Forget about them—they never materialize. The company is also notorious for being stingy with vacation days, and good luck trying to get time off when you need it.
